With 25 years in education — spanning K–12 teaching and senior administrative leadership — I help schools build systems where multilingual learners thrive. I have served as a Director of Learning & Teaching in the United States and as an International administrator in an IB World School. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of the decisions school leaders face — and the disappointment of bringing in outside support that arrives with all the answers already written.

I specialize in integrating language development into rigorous, inquiry-based frameworks — so academic excellence and language learning are never treated as separate goals.

Grounded in a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and deep specialization in Dual Language Immersion and English Language Development, I bring a systemic lens to every partnership.
